Chocolate Tofu Pudding: tofu, maple syrup, cocoa, salt, vanilla. Blend like crazy. There is a God. [Update: Wait -- that was the caffeine in the cocoa talking. Had an uncomfortable, um, reaction that lasted through the next day. Plus a weird aftertaste. Bleh.]
