That was a revalation, as I realized I probably think about something nine times, before actually acting on it at (re)thought number 10. 

Which is hope inspiring: if I acted first, I could reduce thinking by 90%.
Id make more mistakes, but get feedback from reality on which to base my decisions.

'a stitch in time saves nine' is useful. 
Do things ahead of time, and get a 900% return on investment. Things like sprouting sprouts are like that. Or putting on an apron instead of getting stains out.

I think that you cant get to 90% through 20%. Its just a thought, but 20% is a dead end road. To get to 90%, we need to approach the thing from somewhere else.
