Wow! This video made me grin! And laugh out loud. Thank you for posting it. It helps balance out all the deadly serious stuff all around us. I am really enjoying your blog (yes, you are talented and witty!). I got here through the pantry (ha!) link and Sharon’s food storage yahoo group. I live in northern Vermont on a “micro-diversified farm” (our own term) but we grow a lot of our own food, have dairy goats, hens, pigs in the summer…even have a team of oxen. I noticed in your long term goals plans for hens and maybe goats so I would be happy to help in any way. I think it’s always good to learn from other people’s successes and failures. Anyway, such a fun blog and I will add it to my list of blogs to visit regularly. (Said list is getting long – so many good writers with so much to say)
    Cheers,
    Susannah

Yes, I love that video too and still watch it when I want a grin on my face. Thanks for the compliment–I needed it! I’d forgotten about that list of goals — I was aiming high that day. It’s going to be a LONG time before I’ll be in a position to have chickens or goats, but it’s fun to think about. See you on Sharon’s food storage group!

About this blog

I'm not really famous. In case you were wondering. But I tried. I once believed that fame makes you real - a perversion of "The Velveteen Rabbit" theme that love makes you real. Guess I equated fame with love. Sad. You can read more about that here.
