Chocolate Tofu Pudding: tofu, maple syrup, cocoa, salt, vanilla. Blend like crazy.
There is a God.
[Update: Wait -- that was the caffeine in the cocoa talking. Had an uncomfortable, um, reaction that lasted through the next day. Plus a weird aftertaste. Bleh.]

I’ve edited three or four five self-published books for various authors, and now… OMG, now one of them has got a deal with Random House. The contract hasn’t been signed yet, so I can’t say more but I promise I will ASAP.
