Back in the world of the living
The headache from hell has finally and miraculously disappeared, thank God. [Sugar withdrawal again. Why I always think this time will be different, I do not know. Oh, wait: selective amnesia.]
So I had to celebrate by trying a new theme for the blog. I like it MUCH better — the soft green background color and especially the gorgeous photo above. I can only take credit for the green, however. The theme was designed by the very talented Sadish Bala. What do you think?

Long time since I’ve been here…. Nice picture of the bridge… Glad your headache is gone… Time keeps marching on…. Looked thru some of the archives…. The Elis Regina video was a dead link but there were plenty of Her video’s on you tube… Got into taking pictures and took a ton of them ha ha… I’am like you trying to stay healthy… YMCA and watching my food…. Got a bag of radishes I carry around right now… Well nice to see your blog again… Take care and glad I dropped in to see your blog…
