Exercise is highly overrated

So I finally took the dreaded Walk that my nutritionist and all of my friends have been nagging me to take. I am so. out. of. shape. Oy, it was embarrassing–the huffing and puffing, the sweating, the red face. By the time I got home, you would have thought I’d just run a marathon. How far did I walk?

Eight blocks. Seven too many, apparently.

Note to self: stop overdoing things. You’ll just burn out and give up again. Go slow. You don’t have to prove anything to anyone.
