call me puffy

Did I mention that I’ve had an annoying, itchy rash on my face and arms since this whole thing began? Got some antihistamines from the doc yesterday. Well, this morning I woke up with the left side of my face, where the worst rash is located, swollen. My eye is about half shut. Very attractive.

I slept in the bathtub again last night. Not comfortable but at least I didn’t wake up with a migraine. After yesterday’s neurologist appointment, I’m steamed, and that’s a good thing. I’m ready to write again. I finally have something to say again.

So I went to the neurologist today to see if he might authorize a brain scan to look for evidence of toxic damage. I told him I’ve been hospitalized for CO poisoning, that I’ve had numerous pesticide exposures and that a natural gas leak in my house was the final blow. I told him about [...]

Finally got a working CSS-only prototype of the fire dept. site. No actual content yet, it’s just the bare bones, but I really like it. Let me know if you spot any problems. Thanks to Owen Briggs for the solution.

I feel better now, after my visit to the ER last night. It’s been a very stressful and miserable week, so I’m relieved not to be in pain/nausea. My little apartment is contaminated, though. I’m wearing a mask and have my air purifier going full blast.
